Shipping

K Os Beauty® offers shipping exclusively to addresses within the Mexican Republic and the United States of America (USA). Product shipments will be made through the DHL courier company only on business days (Monday through Friday, except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays in the Mexican Republic), unless expressly stipulated in the DHL terms and conditions.

Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of purchase, according to the postal code established by the Client. In the case of international shipments, the Client must consider that there may be customs and/or tax charges, which will be borne by the Client. It is the Client's responsibility to present any additional documents and information requested by the authority.

Delivery times:

It takes us 1 business day to process the order once payment has been confirmed. From then on, these are the delivery times:

  • CDMX and Metropolitan Area: 2 to 4 business days once the order has been processed.
  • Interior of the Republic: 3 to 6 business days once the order has been processed.
  • USA: 6 to 8 business days once the order has been processed.

* Shipping dates change only for pre-sale items, as a different order shipping date is given; when this date is reached, orders are shipped as they were received.

Delivery times by DHL are estimated and may vary depending on various internal and external factors, beyond the control of K Os Beauty® . Delays due to external situations or DHL setbacks are not the responsibility of K Os Beauty® , we regret any inconvenience.

To know the delivery time of the order, you must receive directly by DHL to the email provided at the time of purchase, the tracking guide, which will be generated and sent to the Customer, once DHL collects the order at the K Os Beauty® distribution center . If you do not receive an email from DHL, K Os Beauty® may assist the Customer to inform them whether the order has already been collected or if there was any other situation directly attributable to K Os Beauty® ; otherwise, the Customer must contact DHL directly.

It is the Client's responsibility to present any additional documents and information requested by the authority and what the DHL parcel service may indicate, otherwise it will not be able to deliver your order, leaving it outside the jurisdiction of K Os Beauty® .
