Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions") apply to the marketing of products through the website: https://www.kosbeauty.mx/?v=0b98720dcb2c (hereinafter the "Site"), owned by K Os Beauty Company, SA de CV (hereinafter " K Os Beauty® ").
Any person who uses the Site and makes a purchase or acquisition on the Site (hereinafter the “Customer”) shall be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Customer accepts and confirms that he or she has the legal capacity and is of legal age to carry out these transactions.
K Os Beauty® reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove any section contained in the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
PRODUCT LIABILITY
Each person has different skin and health conditions, therefore, K Os Beauty® will not be responsible if any product causes negative reactions to the skin or sensitivity, as well as for those products that are not compatible with the Client. In case of any doubt or reaction to any of the products, stop using it immediately and consult your doctor.
ORDERS
The Client may purchase products from the Site without any limitation, with the exception of those products classified as “Sets”, that is, products that are sold together as a single piece and that may include 2 or more products of the same, similar or different nature, which will be limited to the purchase of 4 Sets per Client.
All order requests will be made on the Site, and the Customer must provide the information requested to complete their purchase. Once the purchase has been made, the Customer may request, at any time and until DHL has collected their order at the K Os Beauty® distribution center , corrections to the information provided in their purchase request.
For a better understanding of the status of each order with the PayPal payment method, the following terms will be established:
Processed Order : This is the order in which PayPal and K Os Beauty® receive the payment correctly. K Os Beauty® will send a summary of the order and confirmation of the Processed Order to the email address provided.
Order in Transit : This is one in which a requirement is missing from PayPal and/or K Os Beauty® , and consequently there was an error in processing the request as a Processed Order . This may occur for any of the following reasons:
- PayPal did not generate the “Token ID” (payment monitoring number), so the payment made by the Client cannot be identified or tracked. In this case, the Client must contact PayPal directly for the respective solution.
- If the K Os Beauty® system did not generate an order number, in this case, the Customer must contact K Os Beauty® directly for clarification and follow-up of their order.
Failed Order : This is an order in which PayPal charged the order but K Os Beauty® did not generate a purchase order , and consequently the order was not processed or shipped. In this case, K Os Beauty® will offer the Customer the option of refunding the price paid for the order (upon sending proof of payment). If K Os Beauty® still has the product of the Customer's choice in stock, K Os Beauty® will invite the Customer to try to purchase the product again.
In the case of Kueski Pay, if the Client has problems with the payment, contact to resolve the problem must be made directly with Kueski Pay.
All orders must be expressly accepted by K Os Beauty® via email. If your order has not been confirmed by us, please contact us via email: soporte@kosbeauty.mx
EXISTENCE OF PRODUCTS
All orders generated are subject to product availability. In the event that there are no items in stock or we are unable to supply a product, K Os Beauty® will offer you a solution to provide you with the best option, reiterating that we will always do our best to provide you with quality service.
PRICES
All prices indicated for products on the Site include VAT and are expressed in Mexican pesos or US dollars (depending on the Customer's place of purchase). If payment is made in US dollars, the Customer accepts that the conversion will be made at the exchange rate according to the banking entity used or that PayPal applies.
DHL parcel service charges are additional to the price of the products and will be indicated at the time of the order request.
K Os Beauty® reserves the right to change the prices of products published on the site.
K Os Beauty® continually verifies that all prices displayed on the Site are correct, however, we cannot guarantee that there will be no errors. In the event that an obvious error is detected in the price of a product, we will offer the Customer the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the order.
PAYMENT METHODS
K Os Beauty® accepts payments through PayPal and Kueski Pay. In the event that the Client experiences any situation related to the payment of an order, he/she must contact the respective payment service directly and abide by its procedures, terms and conditions. The Client understands and acknowledges that, since PayPal and Kueski Pay are entities external to K Os Beauty® , the latter will not be responsible for any situation that arises due to causes attributable to said payment providers.
